Shipping
Within the US we ship USPS Priority mail, or by FedEx Ground for large orders. Canadian orders are shipped USPS or as requested. Overseas orders are shipped as requested or by the most economical method.

Customer Guarantee
We guarantee that our product will do what it says it will do. Any problems should be addressed to blockbutler@aol.com, or by phone at: 425-644-4242. The BlockButler is made of a polyester tacky fiber, which is why it can be washed in plain warm water without losing its tackiness. See instruction sheet enclosed for directions.

Return Policy
All BlockButlers are shipped with a sample test piece. Although we have not encountered a problem with various surfaces, there may be a surface that will not accept the BlockButler. Use the sample test piece to test the surfaces on which you intend to use the BlockButler. If for some reason the test piece does not work for you, and you purchased it from BlockButler, Inc. you may return the unused BlockButler for a full refund. If you purchased the BlockButler from another company, please contact them for their refund policy and return information. Open and used BlockButlers cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect, in which case the product will be replaced by BlockButler, Inc.
